My Story

Bringing over 20 years of experience to support your journey.

For over 20 years, I have worked alongside people navigating life’s challenges, helping them make sense of experiences that can leave them feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about who they are. Many of the people I work with appear capable and successful on the outside. They are managing responsibilities, meeting expectations, and supporting others, yet privately they may be struggling with stress, burnout, anxiety, loss of confidence, difficult life experiences, or a growing sense that they have lost touch with themselves.
