Compassionate Therapy for Lasting Change
Understanding Yourself, Your Life and Your Journey
Life has a way of shaping us. The experiences we have, the relationships we build, the challenges we face. The stories we tell ourselves all become part of who we are. Sometimes this leaves us feeling lost or overwhelmed.
Therapy offers the space to gently explore your internal world - your thoughts, emotions and beliefs - alongside the external experiences and relationships that have influenced your journey. It can also create room for the existential questions that naturally arise throughout life; questions of identity, purpose, meaning and what it truly means to live in a way that feels authentic to you. There are no expectations and no right or wrong answers, only an opportunity to understand yourself more deeply and move forward with greater clarity, compassion and confidence.
I'm not here to rescue you. I'm here to walk beside you as you rediscover your own path and learn to live more fully in your truth.

Understanding Yourself, Your Life and Your Journey
Tracey Grant | BACP Registered Cognitive Behavioural Therapist
My role is to provide a safe, supportive, and professionally held space where you can explore your experiences, gain insight into patterns that may no longer serve you, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been overlooked or forgotten.
Therapy is not about becoming someone different. It is about understanding yourself more fully, strengthening your connection to who you truly are, and moving forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose. I understand what it’s like to feel stuck and disconnected. I offer trauma-informed counselling that integrates real-world tools with compassionate insight."
My Therapeutic Approach
Through a Person-Centred approach, I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental space where you can explore life’s challenges at your own pace. Using CBT techniques, we’ll uncover what’s beneath the surface, understand the experiences that have shaped you, and work towards meaningful, lasting change. My aim is to help you build greater self-understanding, confidence, and resilience as you move forward.
"From my very first session, I felt listened to and accepted without judgement. Tracey created a calm space where I could talk openly and begin to make sense of what I was going through. I've gained a much better understanding of myself and developed healthier ways of coping with life's challenges. I'm incredibly grateful for Tracey's support."

Online and In-person Sessions Located in Rugby, Devon
The therapy room itself is situated on the top floor of a charming Victorian building. Due to the stairs, it is unfortunately not accessible for clients with mobility difficulties. However, I am committed to making therapy as accessible as possible and am happy to discuss alternative arrangements, such as home visits or online sessions, where appropriate, to ensure you can receive the support you need.
